On Tuesday I got a stamp from Russia in an envelope.

The envelope it was sent in is a FDC of the issue.

German Karl Marx stamps from 1968 and 2018

On Thursday I bought the new German stamps. 

This is one stamp I bought:

200th birthday of Karl Marx (issued 03-05-2018)

50 years ago German stamps were also issued for Karl Marx' 150th birthday, but back then there were West and East German stamps. The West German stamp was issued on 29th April 1968. The East German souvenir sheet was issued on 25th April.

For the new stamp I also bought the First Day Sheet.
