Brazil-Germany Joint Issue

It took nearly two months, but now the First Day Sheet of the 500 years Reformation stamp is finally available at my post office. The sheet bears the Brazilian stamp just beside the German one, which is the reason why it took so long to arrive. ^___^

The Mascot of the Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016 was unveiled in November 2014. It is called Tom and is named after the Brazilian musician Tom Jobim. It represents Brazilian flora.
