Bird Migration between Israel and Bulgaria

On Monday I got my stamp order from Israel.

This is one stamp I ordered:

Bird Migration (issued 15-09-2016)
It is a joint issue with Bulgaria.

Is there anybody who can help me the get the Bulgarian stamp?
